Oral Health Needs Assessment
Toolkit for conducting oral health surveys
The toolkit, developed by the Office of the Chief Dental
Officer, is in modules and is based on the oral health
survey section of the Canadian Health Measures Survey.
Practitioners can choose the modules that fit into the
survey that they wish to conduct.
